Strength & Flexibility

A strength and flexibility yoga class is designed to improve both muscular strength and overall flexibility through a series of yoga poses and sequences. Participants engage in various postures that target different muscle groups, focusing on building strength while also promoting flexibility and mobility. These classes typically incorporate dynamic movements, static holds, and breath work to enhance muscle tone, increase range of motion, and cultivate a balanced and resilient body.
